At RootCauseDr, we work with multiple fulfillment partners to provide supplements, wellness products, and laboratory test kits. Please review the shipping information below prior to placing your order.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) before shipment.
Once an order is placed, you are committing to the sale and confirming that all order details, including the shipping address, are accurate. RootCauseDr is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information entered at checkout.
Fulfillment & Shipping Sources
Products offered through RootCauseDr may be fulfilled by:
- Third-party supplement companies
- Independent fulfillment centers
- Diagnostic laboratories (for lab kits)
- RootCauseDr directly (in limited cases)
As a result, items within the same order may ship separately and may have different tracking numbers and carriers.
Laboratory Test Kits
Laboratory test kits are often shipped directly from the laboratory or lab fulfillment partner (for example, through platforms such as Rupa Health).
Once a lab order is placed:
- The lab or fulfillment partner typically sends shipping and tracking
information directly to the client
- Clients should first communicate directly with the laboratory or fulfillment
partner regarding shipping status, delivery issues, or delays using the contact
information provided in those emails
As a courtesy, RootCauseDr may attempt to contact the lab or fulfillment partner on your behalf to inquire about shipping status when possible. However, RootCauseDr is not responsible for lab shipping timelines, carrier delays, or delivery issues once the lab has shipped the kit.
Supplements & Wellness Products
Once supplements or wellness products have shipped:
- A tracking number is typically provided
- Clients are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery status, delays, or location discrepancies using the provided tracking number
As a courtesy, RootCauseDr may assist by:
- Confirming whether an order has been fulfilled
- Checking if tracking information has been issued
However, RootCauseDr is not responsible for carrier delivery errors, lost packages, or theft once an order is marked as shipped or delivered.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery time includes processing time plus transit time:
- Standard Shipping: Approximately 5–7 business days after processing
Delivery times may vary depending on:
- Fulfillment source
- Carrier
- Destination
- Product type
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates, package size, weight, and destination.
Lost, Stolen, or Misplaced Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, RootCauseDr is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages, including packages delivered to an incorrect location by the carrier.
If your tracking information indicates delivery but you have not received your package, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation.
Taxes & Duties
Any applicable taxes, duties, or regulatory fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Unexpected Delays
Shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather events, supply chain disruptions, or high-volume shipping periods. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
