Refund policy
Due to the nature of our wellness services and products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.
Supplements, Consumable & Wellness Products
For safety, quality control, and regulatory reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any supplements, ingestible products, topical wellness products, or consumables, whether opened or unopened.
Laboratory Test Kits
All laboratory test kits are final sale once shipped. Lab kits are considered personalized medical products and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Personalized, Digital, Services, Memberships & Packages
All personalized wellness plans, digital products, consultations, and service-based offerings are non-refundable once purchased.
Memberships
Memberships may be canceled with 30 days’ written notice prior to the next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for previously billed membership fees. Membership benefits remain active through the end of the paid billing period.
Service Packages & Credits
Prepaid service packages and bundles are non-refundable once purchased.
Service credits associated with packages may be used toward eligible services for up to 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused credits expire after this period and are forfeited.
Packages are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or refunded.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@rootcausedr.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Approved cases may be eligible for a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
If a refund or replacement is approved due to error or damage, it will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on the situation.
